摘要:
脓毒血症是ICU患者死亡的主要原因。由于脓毒血症表现形式的多样性,临床医生在脓毒血症患者的预后和管理方面面临着严峻挑战。血乳酸检测较为方便、经济、安全,常用于临床感染性疾病的治疗指导中。深入探讨血乳酸浓度及乳酸清除率与脓毒血症之间的关系,可帮助指导临床决策,降低患者的死亡率,改善患者的预后。本文主要对血乳酸水平、乳酸清除率在脓毒血症预后方面的研究进展进行综述,探讨两者评估脓毒血症患者预后的临床意义与价值,以期为临床医师诊治脓毒血症提供帮助。
Abstract:
Sepsis is the main cause of death in ICU patients. Due to the diversity of manifestations of sepsis, clinicians face severe challenges in the prognosis and management of patients with sepsis. Blood lactic acid detection is more convenient, economical and safe, and is often used in the treatment guidance of clinical infectious diseases. In-depth study of the relationship between blood lactate concentration and lactate clearance rate and sepsis can help guide clinical decision-making, reduce patient mortality and improve patient prognosis. This article mainly reviews the research progress of blood lactic acid level and lactic acid clearance rate in the prognosis of sepsis, and discusses the clinical significance and value of the two in evaluating the prognosis of patients with sepsis, in order to provide help for clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis.
