摘要:
目的 对四川省农村老年人健康管理现状及影响因素进行调查分析，利用结构方程模型分析其影响因素作用路径及大小。方法 采用便利抽样法，于2021年7月-12月对分属四川省农村地区765名60岁及以上老年人采用自制调查问卷进行健康管理现状评定以及其他影响因素的调查，分析老年人健康管理与自身管理、社会支持和医疗条件等相关方面的影响因素，通过主成分分析提取潜在变量，构建结构方程模型分析影响因素。结果 农村地区老年人健康管理现状总得分为（37.36±7.62）分，客观因素得分为（20.19±4.49）分，主观因素得分为（17.17±3.69）分，农村老年人健康管理现状影响最大的是医疗因素（总效应 6.545），直接效应为 3.835，间接效应为2.710，社会因素对健康管理现状产生的直接效应为1.791，个人因素通过影响社会因素对健康管理现状产生的间接效应为0.413。结论 四川省农村地区老年人的健康管理现状处于中等水平，医疗因素与社会因素对老年人的健康管理现状有直接影响，医疗因素还能通过对个人因素和社会因素的中介作用，间接对老年人的健康管理现状产生影响，个人因素通过对社会因素的影响也会对健康管理现状产生间接的影响。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation and influencing factors of health management of rural elderly in Sichuan Province, and to analyze the path and size of the influencing factors by using structural equation model.Methods From July to December 2021, a self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the current situation of health management and other influencing factors among 765 elderly people aged 60 and above in rural areas of Sichuan Province by convenience sampling method. The influencing factors of health management, self-management, social support and medical conditions of the elderly were analyzed. The potential variables were extracted by principal component analysis, and the structural equation model was constructed to analyze the influencing factors.Results The total score of health management status of the elderly in rural areas was (37.36±7.62) scores, the score of objective factors was (20.19±4.49) scores, and the score of subjective factors was (17.17±3.69) scores. The most influential factor of health management status of the elderly in rural areas was medical factors (total effect was 6.545), the direct effect was 3.835, the indirect effect was 2.710, the direct effect of social factors on health management status was 1.791, and the indirect effect of personal factors on health management status through influencing social factors was 0.413.Conclusion The health management status of the elderly in rural areas of Sichuan Province is at a medium level. Medical factors and social factors have a direct impact on the health management status of the elderly. Medical factors can also indirectly affect the health management status of the elderly through the intermediary role of personal factors and social factors.
