摘要:
在医院感染管理工作中，院感专职人员的能力对整个医疗机构的感染防控水平有重要的作用，为了确保全省新入职的感染管理专职人员达到科学、系统、连续、全面的培训，S省在省级层面搭建培训平台，创新建立“4+7”模块化培训体系，短期内对全省院感新人进行同质化、规范化管理，探索出在省级建立统一平台培训的创新模式。
Abstract:
In the management of hospital infection, the ability of specialty staff of hospital infection plays an important role in the level of infection prevention and control of the whole medical institution. In order to ensure that the newspecialty staff of infection management in the province can achieve scientific, systematic, continuous and comprehensive training, S province builds a training platform at the provincial level, innovates and establishes a "4+7" modular training system, homogenizes and standardizes the management of new people in the province in the short term, and explores an innovative model of establishing a unified platform training at the provincial level.
