摘要:
目的 观察牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗慢性难愈合烧伤创面的疗效。方法 选取2021年1月-2023年1月我院收治的60例慢性难愈合烧伤创面患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗,比较两组临床疗效、创面愈合时间、住院时间、瘢痕评分、创面组织内血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、表皮生长因子(EGF)表达水平及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组皮肤瘢痕均一性、松弛度及严重程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后创面组织VEGF、EGF水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);在治疗和观察期间,观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,与对照组的10.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗慢性难愈合烧伤创面的疗效理想,可缩短创面愈合和住院时间,提升创面组织VEGF、EGF水平,改善瘢痕情况,且应用安全性较高。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the efficacy of bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel in the treatment of chronic refractory burn wounds.Methods Sixty patients with chronic refractory burn wounds admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, wound healing time, hospitalization time, scar score, expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and epidermal growth factor (EGF) in wound tissue and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 83.33% in the control group (P<0.05). The wound healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of skin scar uniformity, relaxation and severity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of VEGF and EGF in the wound tissue of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%, which was compared with 10.00% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel is effective in the treatment of chronic refractory burn wounds, which can shorten wound healing and hospitalization time, increase the levels of VEGF and EGF in wound tissues, improve scar conditions, and has high application safety.
