摘要:
目的 探讨盐酸罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉用于足月妊娠产妇无痛分娩的临床应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2023年9月乐安县中医院收治的56例足月妊娠产妇作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组28例。对照组采用传统阴道分娩，研究组采用舒芬太尼+盐酸罗哌卡因的镇痛方案。比较两组疼痛程度、不良反应（恶心呕吐、皮肤瘙痒、低血压、心动过缓、牵拉反射）发生率、产程用时。结果 镇痛10 min、镇痛30 min、镇痛60 min、宫口全开时，研究组疼痛程度低于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组不良反应发生率与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。研究组第一产程、第二产程、总产程均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 盐酸罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉在足月妊娠产妇无痛分娩中的的临床应用效果确切，能够减轻产妇疼痛程度，缩短产妇分娩用时。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil epidural anesthesia in painless delivery of full-term pregnant women. Methods A total of 56 full-term pregnant women admitted to Le’an County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 28 full-term pregnant women in each group. The control group was treated with traditional vaginal delivery, and the study group was treated with sufentanil+ropivacaine hydrochloride. The degree of pain, the incidence of adverse reactions (nausea and vomiting, skin itching, hypotension, bradycardia, traction reflex) and the duration of labor were compared between the two groups. Results The degree of pain in the study group was lower than that in the control group at 10 min of analgesia, 30 min of analgesia, 60 min of analgesia and full opening of the cervix (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group (P>0.05). The first stage of labor, the second stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil epidural anesthesia in painless labor of full-term pregnant women is effective, which can reduce the degree of maternal pain and shorten the time of delivery.
