摘要:
数字智能科技突飞猛进，虚拟数字人正在进入图书馆行业。医学图书馆迎来了前所未有的机遇和挑战，传统的医学图书馆服务已不能满足用户需求，数字化、智能化的医学图书馆服务转型已势在必行。目前，国内有关虚拟数字人的研究持续增多，但是在医学图书馆领域的研究仍然匮乏。本研究尝试从协助医学图书馆员工作、虚拟阅读推广、知识创造、智能问答服务、优化用户数字素养等视角，开展虚拟数字人在医学图书馆服务中的应用研究。建议医学图书馆应加强服务意识和观念的更新、探寻数字资源确权、与外界多方联系并建立服务体系、扩展虚拟知识服务领域及促进虚拟数字人的法律监管；多措并举为用户带来阅读指导、知识获取等全新体验，提升医学图书馆的智能服务程度及质量，促进人类健康事业发展。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of digital intelligent technology, virtual digital human are entering the library industry. Medical libraries have ushered in unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Traditional medical library services can no longer meet the needs of users. Digital and intelligent medical library service transformation is imperative. At present, the domestic research on virtual digital human continues to increase, but the research in the field of medical library is still scarce. This study attempts to carry out research on the application of virtual digital human in medical library services from the perspectives of assisting medical librarians, virtual reading promotion, knowledge creation, intelligent question and answer services, and optimizing users′ digital literacy. It is suggested that medical libraries should strengthen the renewal of service awareness and concepts, explore the confirmation of digital resources, contact with the outside world and establish a service system, expand the field of virtual knowledge services, and promote the legal supervision of virtual digital human; multiple measures are taken to bring users new experiences such as reading guidance and knowledge acquisition, improve the degree and quality of intelligent service of medical libraries, and promote the development of human health.
