摘要:
目的 运用文献计量学可视化软件对PICC导管相关血流感染领域文献进行分析,以了解该学科领域的发展趋势、研究现状及前沿热点。方法 检索Web of Science核心数据集和中国知网(CNKI)数据库建库至2024年3月31日PICC导管相关血流感染的文献,运用VOSviewer软件通过关键词共现、关键词时间线、关键词突现等方法进行可视化图谱分析。结果 共纳入WOS文献1434篇,CNKI文献407篇。年发文量整体呈线性增长态势,研究热度不断攀升;应燕萍、Vineet Chopra分别为中英文发文量最多的作者;WOS关于PICC导管相关血流感染领域的研究起步较早,CNKI起步较晚。WOS研究热点主要集中在并发症的预防及危险因素的研究方面,研究对象主要为肿瘤患者;CNKI研究热点主要集中在并发症的护理和化疗患者方面,研究对象主要为新生儿和乳腺癌患者。结论 PICC导管相关血流感染领域研究主题呈多样化发展趋势,但发文作者间合作较少,未来需加强合作,以全面推动PICC导管领域全面发展。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the literature in the field of PICC catheter-related bloodstream infections by using bibliometric visualization software, so as to understand the development trend, research status and frontier hotspots in this field. Methods The literature on PICC catheter-related bloodstream infections was retrieved from the Web of science core data set and the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database until March 31,2024. The VOSviewer software was used to analyze the visualization map by keyword co-occurrence, keyword timeline, keyword burst and other methods. Results A total of 1434 WOS literatures and 407 CNKI literatures were included. The annual volume of publications showed a linear growth trend as a whole, and the research heat kept rising. YING Yanping and Vineet Chopra were the authors with the largest number of literatures in Chinese and English respectively. The research on PICC catheter-related bloodstream infections in WOS started earlier, and CNKI started late. The research hotspots of WOS mainly focused on the prevention of complications and risk factors, and the research objects were mainly tumor patients. CNKI research focused on the nursing of complications and chemotherapy patients, and the research objects were mainly newborns and breast cancer patients. Conclusion The research topics in the field of PICC catheter-related bloodstream infections are diversified, but there is less cooperation among the authors. In the future, cooperation needs to be strengthened to comprehensively promote the comprehensive development of the PICC catheter field.
