摘要:
目的 观察针对性围手术期护理模式应用于甲状腺恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法 将2015年9月~2017年9月在我院进行治疗的90例甲状腺恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者通过单双号分组法分为常规组和实验组。常规组实施传统护理模式，实验组采用针对性围手术期护理模式。对比两组患者护理前后的血糖水平、满意度以及住院天数。结果 实验组患者干预后空腹血糖水平为（8.15±0.67）mmol/L，低于常规组（11.67±0.64）mmol/L，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组护理满意度为95.56%，高于常规组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 应用针对性围手术期护理模式可以较好地控制甲状腺恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者的血糖，提高患者的满意度，促进患者康复。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of perioperative nursing mode in patients with thyroid malignant tumor and diabetes.Methods 90 patients with thyroid malignant tumor and diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group by single and double number grouping.The conventional group implemented the traditional nursing model,and the experimental group used a targeted perioperative care model.Blood glucose levels,satisfaction,and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The fasting blood glucose level of the experimental group was(8.15±0.67)mmol/L,which was lower than that of the conventional group (11.67±0.64)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.56%,80.00% higher than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion The targeted perioperative nursing model can better control the blood glucose of patients with thyroid malignant tumors and diabetes, improve patient satisfaction and promote rehabilitation.
