摘要:
目的 探讨踝肱指数(ankle brachial index,ABI)检测在住院糖尿病患者中的重复性。方法 选取2016年6月~2017年4月在我院住院的无亲缘关系的糖尿病患者,检测双下肢动脉血压和肱动脉血压,计算踝肱指数,在1周内进行两次ABI测定。比较前后两次结果的一致性。结果 第二次检测左下肢ABI小于第一次左下肢ABI检测结果(P<0.05)。第二次右下肢ABI小于第一次右下肢ABI检测结果,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ABI在糖尿病患者中的检测重复性有待提高, 需要定期进行培训。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the repeatability of ankle brachial index(ABI)in inpatients with diabetes mellitus.Methods Unrelated diabetic patients hospitalized in our hospital from June 2016 to April 2017 were enrolled in the study.Blood pressure of both lower extremities and brachial artery were measured.Ankle brachial index was calculated and ABI was measured within 1 week. Compare the consistency of the two results before and after.Results The ABI of the second lower limb was lower than the first ABI of the left lower limb(P<0.05).The second right lower limb ABI less than the first right lower limb ABI test results,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The repeatability of ABI detection in patients with diabetes needs to be improved,which requires regular training.
