摘要:
研究封闭负压引流术治疗下肢骨折骨外露伴大面积软组织损伤患者的护理效果。方法 回顾分析2016年8月~2017年8月在我院采用封闭负压引流术治疗的116例下肢骨折骨外露伴大面积软组织损伤患者临床资料，随机分为对照组和观察组，各58例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用针对性护理干预，观察两组患者临床效果、伤口愈合时间、住院时间、换管次数及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.55%，高于对照组的79.31%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组在愈合时间、住院时间、换管次数均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组并发症发生率为1.72%，低于对照组的8.62%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对性的护理干预在封闭负压引流术治疗下肢骨折骨外露伴大面积软组织损伤中，对并预防发症的发生，缩短住院时间，损伤的愈合有积极作用。
Abstract:
Objective To study the nursing effect of closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of lower limb fracture with bone exposure and large area of soft tissue injury. Methods The clinical data of 116 cases of lower limb fracture with bone exposure and large area of soft tissue injury treated by closed negative pressure drainage in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 58 cases in each group. Routine nursing was used in the control group, targeted nursing intervention was used in the observation group, and clinical effect, healing time, hospitalization time, frequency of catheter change and complications were observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.55%, higher than that in the control group 79.31%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of healing time, hospitalization time and frequency of tube change,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.72%, lower than that in the control group 8.62%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the use of closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of lower limb fracture bone exposure with large area of soft tissue injury, at the same time, to give targeted nursing intervention, can prevent the occurrence of complications, shorten the hospital stay, promote the healing of injury.
