摘要:
目的 探讨个体化护理在胆结石手术患者中的应用效果及对心理状态、生活质量的影响。方法 选择2016年4月~2017年12月入我院治疗的胆结石手术患者40例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组20例。比较两组患者SAS和SDS评分以及生理健康、心理状态、社会关系、周围环境、独立能力等生活质量评分。结果 护理7 d后，两组患者SAS和SDS评分均低于护理前，且观察组SAS和SDS评分分别为（36.85±2.96）分和（27.94±4.61）分，低于对照组的（53.29±3.51）分和（46.73±5.38）分，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者护理后生理健康、心理状态、社会关系、周围环境、独立能力评分均高于护理前，且观察组高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 将个体化护理用于胆结石手术患者中，能改善患者心理状态，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing in patients with gallstone surgery and its impact on mental state and quality of life. Methods 40 patients with gallstone surgery who were admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The SAS and SDS scores and the quality of life scores such as physical health, mental state, social relationship, surrounding environment, and independent ability were compared between the two groups. Results After 7 d of nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were (36.85±2.96) points and (27.94±4.61) points respectively, which was lower than that of the control group (53.29±3.51) points and (46.73±5.38) points, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The physical health, mental state, social relationship, surrounding environment and independent ability scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized care for patients with gallstone surgery can improve the patient's mental state and improve their quality of life.
