摘要:
目的 分析延续性护理模式应用于经皮肝穿刺胆道引流患者的效果。方法 从我院进行皮肝穿刺胆道引流术的患者中选取180例作为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组，分别给予对照组患者常规护理，观察组患者进行延续性护理，对两组患者的PTCD管认知程度、管道脱堵与并发症情况进行观察。结果 观察组患者在PTCD管认知程度上优于对照组；观察组患者出现胆道感染、PTCD管脱堵、伤口感染的概率低于对照组，观察组患者再入院率12.22%，低于对照组31.11%，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 延续性护理提高了患者对PTCD带管知识的了解，降低胆道感染、伤口感染、PTCD管堵脱及再关入院率，有效的提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing model applied to patients with percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage.Methods 180 patients undergoing percutaneous liver puncture and biliary drainage in our hospital were selected as study objects and divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing respectively. The patients in the observation group were given continuous nursing.The cognition degree of the PTCD tube,the blockage and complications of the two groups were observed.Results The patients in the observation group PTCD cognitive level better than the control group;the observation group patients with biliary tract infection and PTCD tube removal,blocking probability of wound infection is lower than the control group,the observation group of patients with readmission rate of 12.22%,31.11% lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing improves patients' knowledge of PTCD tube knowledge, reduces biliary tract infection,wound infection,PTCD tube blockage and re admission rate,and effectively improves the quality of life of patients.
