摘要:
医院科研档案是医学科学研究的重要载体，它蕴含了大量的科研成果、科技专利、高新技术及创新性科研思想等科研信息，对医院科研工作的先进性、科学性及实用价值的鉴定起着重要的作用。科研兼职档案员作为档案工作网络体系中的重要组成部分，是第一手科研原始资料的收集者，其素质高低直接影响着科研档案的工作质量。本文就目前医院科研兼职档案员队伍存在的问题进行了剖析，并提出了相应的对策和建议，以期建立一支合格的科研兼职档案员队伍，提高科研档案的管理水平，充分发挥档案的作用，从而促进医院科研档案事业的健康发展。
Abstract:
Abstract：Hospital scientific research archives are an important carrier for medical scientific research.It contains a large number of scientific research achievements,scientific and technological patents,high-tech and innovative scientific research ideas and other scientific research information.It plays an important role in the scientific research and practical value evaluation of hospital scientific research work.As an important part of the network system of archival work,part-time archivists of scientific research are the collectors of the original data of first-hand scientific research.Its quality directly affects the working quality of scientific research archives.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the contingent of part-time archivists in hospitals,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The aim is to establish a qualified contingent of part-time archivists for scientific research,to improve the management level of scientific research archives,to give full play to the role of archives,and to promote the healthy development of the cause of scientific research archives in hospitals.
