摘要:
角膜胶原交联术是一种新型的角膜塑形技术。采用紫外线照射浸润了核黄素的角膜组织,使其发生光化学反应,从而增强角膜的力学强度和生物学稳定性。这种技术最初用于成年人进展型圆锥角膜,经过多年发展,在照射途径、照射能量、照射时间、光敏剂的选择等各方面研究不断深入,并与各种角膜手术相结合,开拓了更广泛的应用领域。其安全性、有效性、临床应用的局限性和并发症等方面认识也更深刻,本文就以上各方面进行综述。
Abstract:
Abstract:Corneal collagen cross-linking is a new type of Orthokeratology. Ultraviolet irradiation infiltrates the corneal tissue of riboflavin to cause photochemical reaction, thereby enhancing the mechanical strength and biological stability of the cornea. This technology was originally used in adult progressive keratoconus. After years of development, it has been researched in various aspects such as irradiation route, irradiation energy, irradiation time, and selection of photosensitizers, and combined with various corneal surgery to develop more. A wide range of applications. The safety, effectiveness, limitations of clinical application and complications are also more profound. This article reviews all aspects.
