摘要:
精神症状对认知下降的出现及进展具有警示作用,近年来对轻度行为损害(MBI)状态愈加重视,为已有精神行为症状,而尚无明显认知损害这一特殊阶段提供了落脚点,其预测进展为痴呆的效能甚至高于海马萎缩等生物标志物。本文简述了MBI概念的产生,阐释了定义及诊断标准,总结回顾截至目前的相关研究,旨在明确其有效性及便捷性,同时介绍了其配套的评估量表。应用MBI这一诊断,可以在神经退行性疾病前驱期、亚临床期对精神症状进行评定,再者可以形成一个广泛认可的概念性术语,给疾病分类学、流行病学、神经生物学研究和痴呆的治疗、预防提供了很大的便捷。
Abstract:
Abstract:Psychiatric symptoms have a warning effect on the emergence and progression of cognitive decline. In recent years, more attention has been paid to the state of mild behavioral impairment (MBI), which provides a special stage of mental behavioral symptoms without significant cognitive impairment. At the footing, its predictive progress to dementia is even higher than biomarkers such as hippocampal atrophy. This article briefly describes the emergence of the MBI concept, explains the definitions and diagnostic criteria, summarizes the relevant research to date, aims to clarify its effectiveness and convenience, and introduces its supporting assessment scale. With the diagnosis of MBI, mental symptoms can be assessed in the prodromal and subclinical stages of neurodegenerative diseases, and a widely accepted conceptual term can be formed for disease taxonomy, epidemiology, neurobiology research, the treatment and prevention of dementia, all of them has provides great convenience.
