摘要:
目前我院检查报告和费用清单打印由各个科室负责，区域分布范围广，患者获取报告单需要往返多个科室，效率过低，因此亟需建立一套全院一站式自助打印系统，将不同科室的检查报告集中打印，方便患者就医。本文主要介绍我院一站式自助打印系统改造前的现状、升级后的主要功能、系统的架构设计以及上线后的应用效果。改造后一站式自助打印系统支持打印14种类型报告，平均每天发放报告5000份，节省8.5个医护人员，为医院节约人力的同时，也有效地提高了患者的就医满意度。
Abstract:
At present, the inspection report and fee list printing of our hospital are handled by each department. The regional distribution is wide. Patients need to go to and from multiple departments to obtain reports. The efficiency is too low. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a one-stop self-service printing system for the whole hospital. The inspection reports of different departments are printed in a centralized manner to facilitate patients’ medical treatment. This paper mainly introduces the status quo before the transformation of our one-stop self-service printing system, the main functions after upgrading, the architecture design of the system and the application effect after going online. After the transformation, the one-stop self-service printing system supports the printing of 14 types of reports, and the average daily report is 5,000 copies, saving 8.5 medical personnel, saving the manpower of the hospital and effectively improving the patient’s medical satisfaction.
