摘要:
女性在整个生育期均需避孕，避孕方式选择多种多样，但对于中年女性（＞40岁）必须权衡利弊，宫内节育器是绝大多数中年女性安全有效且较常用的避孕方式之一，单用孕激素可作为有心脑血管疾病风险的女性的选择，对于无心脑血管疾病风险的中年女性，雌孕激素联合的避孕药可适用，此外避孕药除避孕以外，还有调节月经周期、减少更年期症状、治疗异常子宫出血、降低一些肿瘤发病率的益处。本文现就上述避孕方式的应用选择进行综述。
Abstract:
Women need contraception during the entire reproductive period, and many choices of contraceptive methods, especially for middle-aged women (>40 years old). Which method you choose should weigh the pros and cons more, IUDs are one of the safer, more effective and more commonly used contraceptive methods for the majority of middle-aged women. Progestin alone can be used as a choice for women at risk for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. For middle-aged women who are not at risk for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, estrogen-progestin combined contraceptives are applicable in addition to contraceptives, in addition to contraception, it has the benefits of regulating the menstrual cycle, reducing menopausal symptoms, treating abnormal uterine bleeding, and reducing the incidence of some tumors. This article summarizes the application options of the above contraceptive methods.
