摘要:
目的 分析参芪金复方联合TP方案（紫杉醇+顺铂）治疗晚期肺腺癌的效果。方法 选取2015年12月~2018年12月我院收治的75例晚期肺腺癌患者，按照随机数字表法分为观察组（38例）和对照组（37例）。对照组给予TP方案治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合参芪金复方治疗，比较两组临床疗效及毒副反应发生率。结果 观察组有效率、疾病控制率分别为44.74%、81.58%，高于对照组的21.62%、56.76%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组白细胞下降、恶心呕吐、腹泻、贫血、食欲下降毒副反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 参芪金复方联合TP方案治疗晚期肺腺癌化疗患者可提升临床有效率、疾病控制率，且有利于减轻化疗毒副反应。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shenqijin compound prescription combined with TP regimen (paclitaxel + cisplatin) in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma and its effect on toxic and side effects of chemotherapy.Methods A total of 75 patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2018 were selected and divided into observation group (38 cases) and control group (37 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with TP regimen, and the observation group was combined with Shenqijin compound treatment on the basis of the control group, and the efficacy and the incidence of toxic and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate and disease control rate of the observation group were 44.74% and 81.58%, which were higher than the control group of 21.62% and 56.76%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had white blood cell decline, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and anemia incidence of side effects of decreased appetite was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqijin compound prescription combined with TP regimen can improve the clinical effectiveness and disease control rate of patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma chemotherapy, and it is beneficial to reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.
