摘要:
目的 探讨六磨汤加味灌肠法治疗晚期肿瘤性肠梗阻的效果及对患者生存质量的影响。方法 选取2017年8月~2019年7月我院收治的晚期肿瘤性肠梗阻患者66例，采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，各33例。对照组采用常规西医治疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合六磨汤加味灌肠法治疗，比较两组生存质量评分与症状缓解时间。结果 研究组干预后生存质量评分为（82.24±3.81）分，高于对照组的（73.65±3.49）分，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组肛门排气恢复时间（3.18±1.16）d、腹胀腹痛消失时间（3.59±3.17）d、恶心呕吐消失时间（2.63±1.52）d，均短于对照组的（5.84±2.03）d、（6.28±2.94）d、（6.11±2.38）d，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在常规西医治疗的基础上采用六磨汤加味灌肠法治疗晚期肿瘤性肠梗阻，有利于患者生存质量改善及症状缓解。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of Liumo Decoction plus flavored enema combined with western medicine on advanced tumor intestinal obstruction and its effect on patients’quality of life.Methods 66 patients with advanced tumor intestinal obstruction treated in our hospital from August 2017 to July 2019 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group according to the random number table method,each with 33 cases.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the research group was treated with Liumo Decoction plus flavor enema on the basis of the control group.The quality of life score and symptom relief time were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life score of the study group after intervention was(82.24±3.81)points,which was higher than the control group(73.65±3.49)points,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recovery time of anal exhaust in the study group(3.18±1.16)d,the disappearance time of abdominal distension and abdominal pain(3.59±3.17)d,and the disappearance time of nausea and vomiting(2.63±1.52)d were shorter than the control group(5.84±2.03)d,(6.28±2.94)d,(6.11±2.38)d,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Liumo Decoction plus flavored enema combined with western medicine in the treatment of advanced tumor intestinal obstruction is beneficial to the improvement of patients’quality of life and the relief of symptoms.
