摘要:
肛周湿疹是肛肠科常见病、多发病，其主要临床特征是肛周剧烈瘙痒，对患者的工作及生活造成极大的困扰。外治法是祖国传统医学的精髓，主要包括中药熏洗、中药溻渍、中药药膏外用、针灸疗法、局部封闭疗法、物理疗法等，经过临床研究证实，外治法治疗肛周湿疹疗效显著、安全可靠、复发率低。为此，本文主要就中药熏洗、中药溻渍、中药药膏外用、针灸疗法、局部封闭疗法、物理疗法等肛周湿疹治疗方法作一综述，旨在为临床治疗肛周湿疹提供参考。
Abstract:
Perianal eczema is a common and frequently-occurring disease in the anorectal department.Its main clinical feature is severe itching around the anus,which causes great distress to the patient’s work and life.External treatment is the essence of the traditional medicine of the motherland.It mainly includes Chinese medicine fumigation,Chinese medicine stains,external application of Chinese medicine ointment, acupuncture therapy,local closure therapy, physical therapy,etc.After clinical research, it has been confirmed that external treatment is effective in treating perianal eczema.Safe and reliable, low recurrence rate.To this end,this article mainly reviews the treatment methods of perianal eczema,such as Chinese medicine fumigation,Chinese medicine stains,Chinese medicine ointment external application,acupuncturetherapy,local closure therapy, physical therapy,etc,and aims to provide a reference for clinical treatment of perianal eczema.
