摘要:
目的 探讨临床医学专业(MBBS)留学生积极心理资本与汉语学习焦虑的关联效应。方法 于2019年7月通过问卷星随机发放英文版积极心理资本量表和汉语焦虑量表对我校189名MBBS留学生进行调查,分析其积极心理资本与汉语学习焦虑的的关系。结果 ①不同年级留学生的汉语焦虑水平随年级的提升而增加(P<0.05);不同自评汉语水平的留学生汉语焦虑感比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中自我评价水平越高的留学生焦虑感越低;②不同性格类型留学生的积极心理资本比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),主要体现在自我效能、乐观和韧性3个维度;不同自评汉语水平的留学生积极心理资本比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③回归分析显示,自我效能和韧性能够负向预测汉语学习焦虑,并且韧性的预测作用高于自我效能。结论MBBS留学生积极心理资本中的自我效能和韧性会影响其汉语学习焦虑状况,提高留学生的自我效能和韧性水平有助于降低其汉语学习焦虑情绪。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the correlation between positive psychological capital of international medical students (MBBS) and Chinese learning anxiety.Methods In July 2019, an English version of the Positive Psychological Capital Scale and the Chinese Anxiety Scale were randomly distributed through the questionnaire to investigate 189 MBBS international students in our school, and the relationship between their positive psychological capital and Chinese learning anxiety was analyzed.Results ①The level of Chinese anxiety of foreign students of different grades increases with the grade (P<0.05); the difference of Chinese anxiety among students of different self-assessed Chinese levels is statistically significant (P<0.05),Among them, the higher the self-evaluation level of international students, the lower the anxiety; ②The comparison of positive psychological capital of international students of different personality types, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), mainly reflected in the three dimensions of self-efficacy, optimism and resilience;Comparing the positive psychological capital of international students who evaluate Chinese, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); ③Regression analysis shows that self-efficacy and resilience can negatively predict Chinese learning anxiety, and the predictive effect of resilience is higher than self-efficacy.Conclusion The self-efficacy and resilience of MBBS international students’ positive psychological capital will affect their Chinese learning anxiety. Improving the self-efficacy and resilience of international students will help reduce their Chinese learning anxiety.
