摘要:
目的 分析中医诊断冠状病毒肺炎相关文献和研究现状,为研究人员直观高效认知冠状病毒肺炎的研究重点和发展趋势提供参考。方法 在中国知网使用“主题”字段,对2000年1~7月中医诊断冠状病毒肺炎的文献进行检索,采用文献计量学方法从发文数量、作者、研究机构、来源期刊、关键词、被引频次、基金资助等方面分析,使用VOSviewer软件进行可视化展示。结果共纳入文献 3718篇,研究时期分为初始(2000~2003年)、发展(2004~2015年)和集中增长(2016~2020年)三个阶段;发文量最多的作者是上海中医药大学附属龙华医院的姜之炎,发文量最多的机构是北京中医药大学(88篇);关键词以中西医结合疗法、病毒性肺炎、社区获得性肺炎、放射性肺炎等为研究热点;被引频次最高的文献是刘清泉团队发表的《新型冠状病毒肺炎中医临床特征与辨证治疗初探》(262次);资助项目中,国家级科研基金资助项目最多(291项)。结论 我国中医诊断冠状病毒肺炎研究不断发展,研究水平稳步提高,研究团队逐步形成,国家级基金项目支持较多,中医西结合治疗和中药经典方剂应用是今后研究的重点。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the current literature and research status of the diagnosis of coronavirus pneumonia in Chinese medicine, so as to provide a reference for researchers to intuitively and efficiently recognize the research focus and development trend of coronavirus pneumonia. Methods Using the "subject" field in CNKI, we searched the literature on the diagnosis of coronavirus pneumonia in traditional Chinese medicine from January to July 2000, using bibliometrics methods from the number of articles published, authors, research institutions, source journals, keywords, and cited Analysis of frequency, funding and other aspects, using VOSviewer software for visual display.Results A total of 3,718 articles were included. The research period was divided into three stages: initial (2000-2003), development (2004-2015), and concentrated growth (2016-2020); the author with the most articles was affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Jiang Zhiyan of Longhua Hospital, the institution with the most articles was Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (88 articles); the key words were integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, viral pneumonia, community acquired pneumonia, radiation pneumonia, etc. as research hotspots; the most cited article was the "Preliminary Study on the Clinical Features and Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia in Traditional Chinese Medicine" published by Liu Qingquan’s team (262 times); among the funded projects, the national scientific research fund projects the most (291 projects).Conclusion The research on the diagnosis of coronavirus pneumonia in Chinese medicine was continuously developing, the level of research was improving steadily, and the research team was gradually formed. There was more support from national fund projects. The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and the application of traditional Chinese medicine classic prescriptions were the focus of future research.
