摘要:
围手术期质控管理是医院管理水平的一项重要指标，针对当前医院存在的围术期环节质控管理缺失问题，本文总结了我院围术期闭环业务流程及需求情况，设计了围术期全流程质控系统，对其术前审核、术中监测、术后评估等实时环节质控功能进行总结，为医院优化手术流程和医疗资源配置，提高医务人员工作效率和医疗管理质量提供基础保障。
Abstract:
Perioperative quality control management is an important indicator of hospital management level. Aiming at the current lack of perioperative quality control management in the hospital, this article summarizes the closed-loop business process and requirements of our hospital during the perioperative period, and designs the perioperative full-process quality control system provides a summary of its real-time quality control functions such as preoperative review, intraoperative monitoring, postoperative evaluation, etc., to optimize the surgical process and medical resource allocation for the hospital, and improve the work efficiency of medical staff and the quality of medical management basic guarantee.
