摘要:
目的 观察COPD稳定期患者肺康复训练中应用连续性协同护理模式的临床效果。方法 选取2018年10月~2019年10月在我院诊治的122例COPD稳定期患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各61例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上应用连续性协同护理，比较两组患者呼吸困难评分、肺功能指标[最大肺活量（FVCmax）、1秒钟用力呼气量（FEV1）、呼气峰值流速（PEF）]及护理满意度。结果 干预后两组患者呼吸困难评分均低于干预前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预前观察组和对照组组FVCmax、FEV1、PEF水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后两组FVCmax、FEV1、PEF水平均高于干预前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预后观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 连续性协同护理模式在COPD稳定期患者肺康复训练中效果确切，有助于改善患者肺功能和呼吸，提高患者护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of applying continuous collaborative nursing model in pulmonary rehabilitation training for patients with stable COPD.Methods A total of 122 patients with stable COPD who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table, with 61 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing care, and the observation group used continuous coordinated nursing based on routine nursing care. The two groups were compared with dyspnea scores and lung function indexes [maximum vital capacity (FVCmax), forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1), exhalation peak flow rate (PEF)] and nursing satisfaction.Results After the intervention, the dyspnea scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before the intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05);There was no significant difference in FVCmax, FEV1 and PEF levels between the observation group and the control group before intervention (P＞0.05);After the intervention, the FVCmax, FEV1, and PEF levels of the two groups were higher than before the intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05);After the intervention, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The continuous collaborative nursing model has a definite effect in the pulmonary rehabilitation training of patients with stable COPD, which helps to improve patients’ lung function and breathing, and improve patient care satisfaction.
