摘要:
目前，以互联网为载体的医疗健康服务模式正从简单的信息展示逐步向复杂成熟的多样化业务模式转型，包括线上线下相结合、慢性病管理及互联网医院等。本文从医院信息系统、远程医疗及患者就医体验等视角对宁夏某三甲医院互联网医疗服务运行状况进行分析，探讨互联网医疗在医院业务流程改进、医院管理、临床决策支持等方面的应用现状，并对当前互联网医疗实施过程中存在的问题提出对策与建议，旨在提升医疗服务效率，优化患者就医体验，促进医院互联网医疗的持续健康发展。
Abstract:
At present, the medical and health service model based on the Internet is gradually transforming from simple information display to complex and mature diversified business models, including online and offline integration, chronic disease management, and Internet hospitals. This article analyzes the operation status of Internet medical services in a tertiary hospital in Ningxia from the perspectives of hospital information system, telemedicine, and patient experience, and discusses the application status of Internet medical services in hospital business process improvement, hospital management, and clinical decision support and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the current problems in the implementation of Internet medical treatment,it aims to improve the efficiency of medical services, optimize the experience of patients seeking medical care, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of Internet medical care in hospitals.
