摘要:
目的 探讨视觉障碍对中国老年人认知功能下降的影响。方法 在中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查（CLHLS）2008年数据集中，选择随访时间≥3年且在第3年随访时仍存活的参与者8418名为研究对象。采用Logistic回归模型，分析视觉障碍对视觉障碍患者3年内发生认知功能下降风险的影响。结果 单因素分析结果显示，两组性别、年龄、少食蔬菜、抽烟、听觉障碍、是否文盲及基线MMSE分数比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；3个模型结果均显示，视觉障碍、女性、年龄高及基线MMSE分数高是老年人认知功能下降的独立危险因素（P＜0.05），同时在模型3中，习惯饮酒、少锻炼、居住于城市外、文盲、听觉障碍及ADL受限同为老年人认知功能下降的独立危险因素（P＜0.05）。结论 视觉障碍增加中国老年人认知功能下降风险。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the impact of visual impairment on the cognitive decline of Chinese elderly.Methods In the 2008 data set of the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey (CLHLS), 8,418 participants who were followed up for ≥3 years and were still alive at the third year of follow-up were selected as the research subjects.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the impact of visual impairment on the risk of cognitive decline in patients with visual impairment within 3 years.Results The results of single factor analysis showed that the differences between the two groups of gender, age, eating less vegetables, smoking, hearing impairment, illiteracy and baseline MMSE scores were statistically significant (P＜0.05);The results of the three models all showed that visual impairment, female, high age and high baseline MMSE score are independent risk factors for cognitive decline in the elderly (P＜0.05).At the same time, in Model 3, habit of drinking, less exercise, living outside the city, illiteracy, hearing impairment and ADL limitation were all independent risk factors for cognitive decline in the elderly (P＜0.05).Conclusion Visual impairment increases the risk of cognitive decline in Chinese elderly.
