摘要:
目的 探讨实境教学对助产学生人文关怀能力的影响,为创新素质教育教学模式提供借鉴。方法 在我校2017级助产专业二年级4个班中,随机选取一个班学生50人为观察组,其余学生150人为对照组,对照组于大学二年级第一学期在学校进行助产人文课程传统教学,观察组同期在医院实境中进行助产人文课程体验式教学,分别在课前、课后采用人文关怀能力评价量表(CAI)测评,课程结束后比较两组学生的考核成绩以及人文关怀能力评价量表(CAI)测评得分情况。结果 观察组团队及个人考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生课后CAI总分及耐心维度得分均高于对照组,观察组课后CAI总分及耐心、认知维度得分均高于课前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 实境体验式教学能提高助产人文教学效果,有利于提高学生人文关怀能力。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the impact of practical teaching on the humanistic care ability of midwifery students, and to provide references for innovative quality education teaching models.Methods Among the 4 classes of the second year of the 2017 midwifery major in our school, 50 students in one class were randomly selected as the observation group, and the remaining 150 students were the control group.The control group conducted traditional teaching of midwifery humanities in the school during the first semester of the second year of the university, while the observation group conducted practical teaching of midwifery humanities in the hospital reality during the same period. The humanistic care ability evaluation scale was used before and after class. (CAI) evaluation,after the course, compare the assessment scores of the two groups of students and the assessment scores of the Humanistic Care Ability Evaluation Scale (CAI).Results The team and individual assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05);The total scores of CAI and patience dimensions of the observation group after class were higher than those of the control group. The total scores of CAI and patience and cognition of the observation group were higher than those before class,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Practical teaching can improve the effect of midwifery humanities teaching, and it is helpful to improve students’ humanistic care ability.
