摘要:
目的 观察安脑丸对脑卒中后焦虑抑郁患者的治疗作用。方法 选择2019年4月~12月西安交通大学第一附属医院及渭南市第三医院康复医学科门诊及住院收治的脑卒中后合并有焦虑抑郁患者71例，采用随机数字表法分为试验组（35例）和对照组（36例）。两组均予以神经系统药物治疗、康复治疗及心理治疗，在此基础上对照组口服黛力新治疗，观察组口服安脑丸治疗，于用药3周及6周后分别比较两组治疗后缓解焦虑及抑郁效果、神经功能情况、日常生活活动能力及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后3周，试验组缓解焦虑及抑郁总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后6周，试验组和对照组缓解焦虑、抑郁总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。试验组治疗后3周及6周日常生活活动能力情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后3周及6周神经功能情况、不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 安脑丸治疗脑卒中后焦虑、抑郁安全有效，可修复受损神经，提高日常生活活动能力，且其系中药制剂，治疗后胃肠反应小，患者容易接受，依从性好。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Annao Pill on patients with anxiety and depression after stroke.Methods From April to December 2019, 71 patients with anxiety and depression who were admitted to the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University and Weinan Third Hospital were selected.Using random number table method, they were divided into experimental group (35 cases) and control group (36 cases).Both groups were treated with neurologic medication, rehabilitation and psychotherapy. On this basis, the control group was treated with Deanxit, and the observation group was treated with Annao pill. After 3 weeks and 6 weeks of treatment, the two groups were treated with remission after treatment. Anxiety and depression effects, neurological function, activities of daily living, and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results 3 after treatment, the total effective rate of relieving anxiety and depression in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);6 weeks after treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the total effective rate of relieving anxiety and depression (P>0.05).The activities of daily living in the experimental group were better than those in the control group at 3 and 6 weeks after treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the neurological function and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups at 3 and 6 weeks after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion Annao Pill is a safe and effective treatment for anxiety and depression after stroke. It can repair damaged nerves and improve activities of daily living. It is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation. After treatment, gastrointestinal reactions are small, patients are easy to accept, and have good compliance.
