摘要:
目的 了解天津市河北区各级医疗机构消毒质量情况,为提高医疗机构消毒质量提供参考依据。方法 按照GB15982-2012的要求,通过现场采样,对天津市河北区2016年~2020年各级医疗机构进行消毒质量监测。结果 2016年~2020年共采集监测样品3154份,合格样品3083份,合格率为97.75%;不同年份的监测合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同监测项目中,医务人员手合格率最低(95.14%),其次为高压蒸汽灭菌器(95.95%),使用中的消毒剂合格率最高,为100.00%,不同监测项目合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);公立医疗机构监测合格率高于非公立医疗机构,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同级别医疗机构监测合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 天津市河北区辖区医疗机构消毒质量效果总体较好,但在医务人员手卫生、高压蒸汽灭菌器等方面仍需加强管理,规范消毒工作,提高消毒质量。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the disinfection quality of medical institutions at all levels in Hebei District, Tianjin, and provide a reference for improving the disinfection quality of medical institutions.Methods According to the requirements of GB15982-2012, through on-site sampling, the disinfection quality monitoring of medical institutions at all levels in Hebei District, Tianjin City from 2016 to 2020 was carried out.Results A total of 3154 monitoring samples and 3083 qualified samples were collected from 2016 to 2020, with a pass rate of 97.75%;Compared with the monitoring qualification rate in different years, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Among different monitoring items, medical staff had the lowest pass rate (95.14%), followed by high-pressure steam sterilizers (95.95%), and the highest pass rate of disinfectants in use was 100.00%. Comparing the pass rates of different monitoring items,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The monitoring qualification rate of public medical institutions was higher than that of non-public medical institutions,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Comparing the monitoring qualification rate of different levels of medical institutions, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The disinfection quality of medical institutions in Hebei District of Tianjin is generally good. However, it is still necessary to strengthen management, standardize disinfection work, and improve disinfection quality in terms of hand hygiene of medical staff and high-pressure steam sterilizers.
