摘要:
目的 调查贵州省县级以上公立医疗机构互联网+医疗健康建设与应用情况。方法 采用问卷调查法，于2020年7月15~27日通过采用《贵州省互联网+医疗健康现状调查表》对全省县级以上公立医疗机构开展在线调查，分析该地区医院基本情况、互联网+医疗健康开展情况及支撑环境建设情况。结果 共调查全省242个医疗，其中三级医院55个（22.73%），二级医院162个（66.94%），未定级医院25个（10.33%）；调查显示，分别有66.11%、58.68%、34.71%的医疗开展移动支付、分时段预约挂号、检查检验报告查询，较少开展在线处方（占5.78%）、药品配送服务（占5.37%）等深层次互联网+医疗健康服务；开展互联网医疗收费的医疗机构仅占16.12%，支持患者实名制认证的占79.75%，支持医务人员实名制认证的占71.07%，医疗机构互联网服务系统通过网络安全等级测评的占20.25%，医疗机构实现互联网服务系统与院内信息系统无缝衔接的占30.99%，互联网服务系统开展患者在线满意度调查的占37.19%。结论 贵州省互联网+医疗健康服务发展迅速，医疗机构积极开展互联网+便民惠民服务，但应用深度有限，亟需省级统筹建立健全实名制认证、CA、统一支付系统、信息安全防护等互联网+医疗健康支撑体系，推进互联网+医疗健康深度发展。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the construction and application of Internet + medical health in public medical institutions above the county level in Guizhou Province.Methods A questionnaire survey method was used to conduct an online survey of public medical institutions at or above the county level in the province by using the "Guizhou Province Internet + Medical Health Status Survey Form" from July 15 to 27, 2020, to analyze the basic situation of hospitals in the region and the Internet + Medical and health development and supporting environment construction.Results A total of 242 medical services were investigated in the province, including 55 tertiary hospitals (22.73%), 162 secondary hospitals (66.94%), and 25 ungraded hospitals (10.33%); the survey showed 66.11% and 58.68% respectively,34.71% of medical services carried out mobile payment, time-based appointment registration, inspection and inspection report inquiries, and fewer online prescriptions (5.78%), drug delivery services (5.37%) and other in-depth Internet + medical and health services; Internet medical services only 16.12% of medical institutions charge fees, 79.75% support real-name authentication for patients, 71.07% support real-name authentication for medical personnel, 20.25% of medical institutions’ Internet service systems had passed network security assessments, and medical institutions’ Internet service systems and 30.99% of the hospital’s information systems were seamlessly connected, and 37.19% of the Internet service systems carried out patient online satisfaction surveys.Conclusion The Internet + medical and health services in Guizhou Province had developed rapidly. Medical institutions were actively developing Internet + convenient and beneficial services for the people, but the depth of application was limited. It was urgent to coordinate the establishment of real-name authentication, CA, unified payment system, information security protection and other Internet + medical services at the provincial level. The health support system promoted the in-depth development of Internet + medical health.
