摘要:
“互联网＋”在提高卫生监督行政执法效率、提升公共卫生服务能力及加强社会化监督的作用日益彰显。安庆市将“互联网+”融入日常卫生监督工作中，目前在手持执法终端、执法记录仪的使用、建立微信公众号、综合监督门户网站、开展卫生监督员网络培训等领域已取得了一定成效。本文对“互联网+”在安庆市卫生监督工作中的应用现状进行分析，探讨在线监测系统、二维码监督、卫生监督执法远程视频监控系统、卫生监督综合管理平台等“互联网＋”信息技术与卫生监督有机融合的新模式，旨在充分拓展“互联网＋”在卫生监督工作的应用，为卫生综合执法工作中提供更好的网络平台。
Abstract:
The role of "Internet +" in improving the efficiency of health supervision administrative law enforcement, enhancing public health service capabilities, and strengthening socialized supervision has become increasingly apparent. Anqing has integrated "Internet +" into its daily health supervision work. At present, it has achieved certain results in the fields of handheld law enforcement terminals, the use of law enforcement recorders, the establishment of WeChat public accounts, comprehensive supervision portals, and the development of online training for health supervisors. This article analyzes the current application status of "Internet +" in health supervision in Anqing, and discusses "Internet +" information technology and online monitoring systems, QR code monitoring, remote video surveillance system for health supervision and law enforcement, and integrated health supervision management platform. The new model of organic integration of health supervision aims to fully expand the application of "Internet +" in health supervision and provide a better network platform for comprehensive health law enforcement.
