摘要:
目的 探讨网笼饲养对SD大鼠生理指标的影响。方法 自上海斯莱克实验动物有限公司采购40只(20♂20♀)SD大鼠,SPF级,随机分为网笼组和玉米芯垫料组,每组20只(10♂10♀),网笼组使用网笼饲养,玉米芯垫料组使用玉米芯垫料饲养,饲养周期为10周,每周称量体重1次。于第10周解剖检查,对主要脏器(心、肝、脾、肾)进行肉眼观察及质量测定;采集血液、尿液,测定血液学(WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC)、血液生化学(ALT、AST、BUN、CREA)、尿液(PRO、GLU、KET、LEU、ERY、UBG、BIL),比较两组上述指标的差异。结果 ①体重:实验第1周,网笼组雄性大鼠体重低于玉米芯垫料组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第2~10周,两组体重比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②脏器质量及指数:网笼组雄性大鼠肝脏质量低于玉米芯垫料组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组其他脏器质量及系数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);③血液学:网笼组雄性大鼠RBC高于玉米芯垫料组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组其他血液学指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);④血液生化:网笼组雄性大鼠ALT、CREA低于玉米芯垫料组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组其他生化指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 网笼饲养与玉米芯垫料饲养均能保证大鼠的正常生长,未对大鼠生理指标造成明显影响。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of cage feeding on the physiological indexes of SD rats.Methods 40 (20♂20♀) SD rats were purchased from Shanghai Slack Laboratory Animal Co., Ltd., SPF grade, and randomly divided into net cage group and corncob litter group, 20 rats in each group (10♂10♀).The net cage group was reared in net cages, and the corncob litter group was reared with corncob litter. The feeding period was 10 weeks, and the body weight was weighed once a week.At the 10th week, an autopsy was performed, and the main organs (heart, liver, spleen, kidney) were visually observed and the quality was measured;Collect blood and urine, measure hematology (WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHC), blood biochemistry (ALT, AST, BUN, CREA), urine (PRO, GLU, KET, LEU, ERY, UBG, BIL), compare the differences of the above indicators between the two groups.Results ① Body weight: In the first week of the experiment, the weight of male rats in the cage group was lower than that in the corncob litter group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);From 2 to 10 weeks, there was no significant difference in body weight between the two groups (P>0.05);②Organ quality and index: The liver quality of male rats in the cage group was lower than that in the corncob litter group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the quality and coefficient of other organs between the two groups (P>0.05);③Hematology: The RBC of male rats in the cage group was higher than that in the corncob bedding group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in other hematological indicators between the two groups (P>0.05);④Blood biochemistry: The ALT and CREA of male rats in the cage group were lower than those in the corncob litter group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in biochemical indicators between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Both cage feeding and corncob feeding can ensure the normal growth of rats, and do not significantly affect the physiological indicators of rats.
