摘要:
目的 探讨柴胡舒肝散联合平胃散对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胃肠功能的影响。方法 选择2019年11月-2021年2月在西宁市中医院接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者72例，根据简单随机法分为参照组和联合组，参照组术后给予常规对症治疗，联合组术后在对症治疗的基础上给予柴胡舒肝散联合平胃散治疗，比较两组治疗效果、治疗后的胃肠功能、胃内激素水平改善情况及术后并发症发生率。结果 联合组的治疗总有效率高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；联合组的GSRS评分、术后24 h呕吐次数、并发症发生率低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；联合组的肛门首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次进食时间短于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；联合组的G-17、MLT高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 柴胡舒肝散联合平胃散在接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者中临床应用价值较高，可提高胃肠内激素水平，缩短患者胃肠功能恢复时间，还可降低术后并发症发生率。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Pingwei powder on gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 72 patients receiving laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Xining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into reference group and combined group according to simple random method. The reference group was given conventional symptomatic treatment after surgery, while the combined group was given Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Pingwei powder on the basis of symptomatic treatment after surgery. The treatment effect, gastrointestinal function after treatment, the improvement of gastric hormone level and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of combined group was higher than that of reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The GSRS score, the number of postoperative vomiting 24 h and the incidence of complications in the combined group were lower than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The first anal exhaust time, bowel sound recovery time and first feeding time in the combined group were shorter than those in thereference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). G-17 and MLT in the combined group were higher than those in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Pingwei powder has high clinical application value in patients receiving laparoscopic cholecystectomy, which can improve the level of gastrointestinal hormones, shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,and can also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
