摘要:
目的 本文通过对医用暖手器技术发展状况和趋势进行分析，为专利技术研发提供参考。方法 通过专利数据库Patsnap系统，以“医用、加热、暖手器”等为中文检索词、“medical、Heating、hand warmer”等为英文检索词进行专利检索，检索时间截止到2018年12月31日，分析全球及我国专利的申请趋势、技术构成及专利权人等方面的特征。结果 共获得医用暖手器装置相关专利申请712件，专利申请经过了缓慢发展期、快速发展期和调整期，目前正处于第二快速发展期；核心技术主要集中在美国，专利技术构成集中在A61B 和A61F两个技术领域，我国专利申请量数量相对较少，近年来总体呈现增加趋势，但缺少核心技术，主要集中在外观和结构方面。结论 目前医用暖手器专利申请处于第二次快速发展阶段，我国专利数量和核心竞争力与欧美国家相比仍存在差距，要提升在此领域的竞争力，除围绕核心专利进行开发研究外，可以通过申请众多的外围专利，再利用外围专利进一步覆盖技术领域，构筑外围专利网，形成攻防体系，提高我国在本领域的竞争力。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the development status and trend of medical hand warmer technology to provide reference for patent technology research and development.Methods Through the patent database Patsnap system, with "medical, Heating, hand warmer" as the Chinese key words and "medical, heating, hand warmer" as the English key words, patent search was conducted until December 31, 2018 to analyze the global and Chinese patent application trend, technical composition and patentee characteristics.Results A total of 712 patent applications related to medical warm hand devices were obtained, and the patent applications had gone through slow development period, rapid development period and adjustment period, and were currently in the second rapid development period. The core technology was mainly concentrated in the United States, and the composition of patent technology was concentrated in the two technical fields of A61B and A61F. The number of patent applications in China was relatively small. In recent years, the overall trend was increasing, but the lack of core technology was mainly concentrated in the appearance and structure.Conclusion At present, the patent application of medical hand warmer is in the second stage of rapid development, and there is still a big gap in the number of patents and core competitiveness between China and Europe and the United States. In order to improve the competitiveness in this field, in addition to the development and research of core patents, we can apply for a large number of peripheral patents, and then use peripheral patents to further cover the technical field, build a peripheral patent network, form an attack and defense system, and improve the competitiveness of China in this field.
