摘要:
病案原件全流程管理系统不仅可以优化病案管理流程以及规范病案交接责任制度，还可以全程获取各业务节点特征数据并进行绩效管理数据的挖掘。本文通过阐述该系统的结构框架，以及分析该系统在病案交接、病案上架、病案复印、病案借阅归还这4个环节的应用效果，实现了病案原件全流程管理系统实现病案数字交接、倍速住院病案上架效率、升级病案复印服务和改变病案借阅方式的应用，为病案管理水平的可持续化提升提供了强有力的基础保障。
Abstract:
The medical record original whole process management system can not only optimize the medical record management process and standardize the medical record handover responsibility system, but also obtain the characteristic data of each business node in the whole process and mining the performance management data. This paper expounds the structural framework of the system, and analyzes the application effect of the system in the four links of medical record handover, medical record uploading, medical record copying and medical record borrowing and returning. It realizes the application of the whole process management system of medical record original to realize the digital handover of medical record, the efficiency of double speed hospitalization medical record uploading, the upgrading of medical record copying service and the change of medical record borrowing mode, which provides a strong foundation for the sustainable improvement of medical record management level.
