摘要:
目的 探讨儿童龋齿联合应用窝沟封闭术与3M适乐氟保护漆治疗的价值。方法 选择2017年6月-2019年6月本院收治的50例龋齿儿童为对象,根据门诊号单双数,分为试验组和对比组,各25例。对比组实施窝沟封闭术治疗,试验组在对比组治疗基础上,加用3M适乐氟保护漆治疗,比较两组龋齿预防效果及对牙周健康的影响。结果 治疗后6个月、1年及2年,试验组的龋齿及邻面龋发生率均低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1、2年,试验组的封闭剂脱落率均低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1年后,试验组龋面均值低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,试验组牙周探诊深度、龈沟出血指数(SBI)及菌斑指数(PLI)均低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为12.00%,略高于对比组的4.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 儿童龋齿联合应用窝沟封闭术与3M适乐氟保护漆治疗效果确切,可显著降低龋齿发生率,缩小龋面均值,保护牙周健康,还可提高封闭剂封闭效果,降低脱落率,安全性高。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the value of combined application of pit and fissure sealing technique and 3M shile fluorine protective paint in the treatment of children’s dental caries.Methods A total of 50 children with dental caries admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as subjects. According to the odd and even numbers of admission order, they were divided into experimental group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with pit and fissure sealing, and the experimental group was treated with 3M shile fluorine protective paint on the basis of the treatment of the control group, the effects of dental caries prevention and periodontal health were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months, 1 year and 2 years of treatment, the incidence of dental caries and adjacent caries in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 1 and 2 years of treatment, the sealant shedding rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 1 year of treatment, the average caries surface of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the periodontal probing depth, sulcus bleeding index (SBI) and plaque index (PLI) in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 12.00%, slightly higher than 4.00% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion The combined application of pit and fissure sealant and 3M shile fluorine protective paint in the treatment of children’s dental caries has a definite effect, which can significantly reduce the incidence of dental caries, reduce the mean value of caries surface, protect periodontal health, improve the sealing effect of sealant, reduce the shedding rate, and is of high safety.
