摘要:
目的 研究PDCA循环管理法在手术室护理安全与质量改进中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年3月-2021年3月我院手术室接诊的92例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各46例。对照组实施常规管理，观察组实施PDCA循环管理法，比较两组护理不良事件发生率、护理质量水平、患者并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 观察组护理不良事件发生率为4.35%，低于对照组的15.22%（P＜0.05）；观察组环境管理、护理安全、药品物品、消毒隔离、教学培训、护理文件、器械准备、巡回护士配合技能评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者并发症发生率为8.70%，低于对照组的19.57%（P＜0.05）；观察组患者护理满意度为97.83%，高于对照组的86.96%（P＜0.05）。结论 PDCA循环管理法可提升手术室护理安全和护理质量水平，预防护理不良事件发生，降低患者的并发症发生率，确保手术安全，是一种有效的管理方法。
Abstract:
Objective To study the application effect of PDCA cycle management method in nursing safety and quality improvement in operating room.Methods A total of 92 patients admitted to the operating room of our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given routine management, and the observation group was given PDCA cycle management. The incidence of nursing adverse events, nursing quality level, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was 4.34%, which was lower than 15.21% in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of environmental management, nursing safety, drugs and articles, disinfection and isolation, teaching training, nursing documents, equipment preparation, and patrol nurses’ cooperation skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.69%, which was lower than 19.56% in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.82%, which was higher than 86.95% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management method can improve the level of nursing safety and nursing quality in operating room, prevent the occurrence of nursing adverse events, reduce the incidence of complications, and ensure the safety of operation. It is an effective management method.
