摘要:
目的 探讨在乳腺癌改良根治术患者围术期实施系统性护理联合微信延续性护理的效果，观察其对患者性功能及生活质量的影响。方法 选择2019年5月-2020年6月在天津市第三中心医院甲乳疝外科诊治的70例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，根据护理措施分为常规组（30例）和干预组（40例），常规组接受系统性围术期护理，干预组接受系统性围术期护理+微信延续性护理，比较两组负面情绪[汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）]、就医舒适度[简化版 Kolcaba 舒适状况量表（GCQ）]、性生活[女性性功能指数量表（FSFI）]情况及生存质量[生存质量测定量表简表（WHOQOL-BREF）]。结果 干预组HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于常规组，GCQ总分高于常规组（P＜0.05）；干预组FSFI量表各项评分及总评分均高于常规组（P＜0.05）；干预组WHOQOL-BREF评分高于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论 系统性护理联合微信延续性护理在乳腺癌改良根治术患者围术期护理中效果理想，可改善患者负面情绪，提高其性生活水平及生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing combined with WeChat continuous nursing in perioperative period of patients with modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer, and to observe its influence on sexual function and quality of life of patients.Methods From May 2019 to June 2020, 70 patients with breast cancer who underwent breast hernia surgery in Tianjin Third Central Hospital were selected as the research subjects. According to the nursing measures, they were divided into routine group (30 cases) and intervention group (40 cases). The routine group received systematic perioperative nursing, and the intervention group received systematic perioperative nursing+WeChat continuous nursing. Negative emotions [Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA)], medical comfort [simplified Kolcaba Comfort Scale (GCQ)], sexual life [Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI)] and quality of life [World Health Organization on Quality of Life Brief Scale (WHOQOL-BREF)] were compared between the two groups.Results The HAMA score and HAMD score of the intervention group were lower than those of the conventional group, and the total score of GCQ was higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05). The scores and total scores of FSFI scale in the intervention group were higher than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). The WHOQOL-BREF score of the intervention group was higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of systematic nursing combined with WeChat continuous nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with modified radical mastectomy is ideal, which can improve the negative emotions of patients, improve their sexual life level and quality of life.
