摘要:
目的 探究综合康复护理对阿尔茨海默病（AD）患者认知功能及生活能力的影响。方法 选取2020年3月-2021年3月我院收治的68例AD患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各34例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以综合康复护理，比较两组认知功能[阿尔茨海默病评定量表-认知分量表（ADAS-cog）评分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）评分]、服药依从率、生活能力[阿尔茨海默病协作研究日常能力量表（ADCS-ADL）评分]、生活质量[老年性痴呆生活质量量表（QOL-AD）评分]。结果 护理3、6个月，观察组ADAS-cog评分低于对照组，MoCA、ADCS-ADL、QOL-AD评分高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组服药依从率为76.47%，高于对照组的52.94%（P＜0.05）。结论 综合康复护理可改善AD患者的认知功能，提升其服药依从性及日常生活能力，促进生活质量的改善。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the cognitive function and living ability of patients with Alzheimer’s disease (AD).Methods A total of 68 AD patients admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as observation objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing. The cognitive function [Alzheimer ’s Disease Assessment Scale-Cognitive Subscale (ADAS-cog) score, Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) score], medication compliance rate, living ability [Alzheimer’s Disease Collaborative Study Ability Daily Scale (ADCS-ADL) score] and quality of life [Alzheimer’s Disease Quality of Life Scale (QOL-AD) score] were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 and 6 months of nursing, the ADAS-cog score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the MoCA, ADCS-ADL and QOL-AD scores were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The medication compliance rate of the observation group was 76.47%, which was higher than 52.94% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can improve the cognitive function of AD patients, improve their medication compliance and daily living ability, and promote the improvement of quality of life.
