摘要:
目的 研究聚焦解决模式联合语言沟通在焦虑症患者护理中的应用效果及对患者生命质量的影响。方法 选取2020年5月-2021年5月在江西康宁医院诊治的84例焦虑症患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（42例）和观察组（42例）。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予聚焦解决模式联合语言沟通护理干预，比较两组焦虑评分、睡眠质量、治疗依从性、精神状态以及生命质量量表（FACT-B）评分。结果 两组干预后焦虑评分均低于干预前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组干预后睡眠质量评分均小于干预前，且观察组小于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗依从率为92.86%，高于对照组的80.95%（P＜0.05）；两组干预后精神状态评分均高于干预前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组FACT-B量表生理、情感、附加关注维度评分低于对照组，功能、社会/家庭评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 聚焦解决模式联合语言沟通可促进焦虑症患者焦虑评分下降，改善其睡眠质量和精神状态，提高患者治疗依从率和生命质量水平，具有良好的护理效果。
Abstract:
Objective To study the application effect of solution-focused mode combined with language communication in the nursing of patients with anxiety disorder and its influence on the quality of life.Methods A total of 84 patients with anxiety disorder diagnosed and treated in Jiangxi Kangning Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group (42 cases) and observation group (42 cases) by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given solution-focused mode combined with language communication nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The anxiety score, sleep quality, treatment compliance, mental state and quality of life scale (FACT-B) score were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety score of the two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The sleep quality score of the two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was 92.86%, which was higher than 80.95% of the control group (P<0.05). The mental state score of the two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of physiological, emotional and additional attention dimensions of FACT-B scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of function and social/family were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Solution-focused mode combined with language communication can promote the decrease of anxiety score in patients with anxiety disorder, improve their sleep quality and mental state, improve the treatment compliance rate and quality of life level, and have good nursing effect.
