摘要:
目的 探讨“互联网+”信息化护理平台在乳腺癌术后随访工作中的应用优势。方法 收集我院2020年1月-2021年6月收治的450例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各225例。对照组术后进行电话随访，观察组术后采用“互联网+”信息化护理平台随访。比较两组生活质量、自我护理能力及疾病认知情况。结果 观察组SF-36量表中精神健康、社会功能、生理职能、生理机能评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组自我护理评分、疾病认知评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 “互联网+”信息化护理平台非常适用于乳腺癌术后患者的随访，可有效改善患者生活质量，提高其疾病认知水平和自我护理能力。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application advantages of "Internet+" information nursing platform in postoperative follow-up of breast cancer.Methods A total of 450 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were collected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 225 patients in each group. The control group was followed up by telephone after operation, and the observation group was followed up by "Internet+" information nursing platform after operation. The quality of life, self-care ability and disease cognition were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of mental health, social function, physiological function and physiological function in SF-36 scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The self-care score and disease cognition score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The "Internet+" information nursing platform is very suitable for the follow-up of patients after breast cancer surgery, which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, improve their disease cognition level and self-care ability.
