摘要:
目的 研究阶梯式健康教育对腹部术后留置腹腔引流管患者干预效果及非计划性拔管率的影响。方法 以2019年12月-2022年1月于修水县第一人民医院行腹部手术治疗并留置腹腔引流管的62例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(31例)和观察组(31例),对照组行常规护理,观察组在其基础上给予阶梯式健康教育,比较两组知识知晓率、遵医行为、自护能力[自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)]、非计划性拔管率及腹腔引流并发症发生情况。结果 观察组干预后腹腔引流知识知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组遵医优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后ESCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组非计划性拔管率小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹腔引流并发症发生率小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 阶梯式健康教育可提高腹部术后留置腹腔引流管患者的相关认知水平,改善其遵医行为与自护能力,降低非计划性拔管率,减少置管期并发症。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of ladder-model health education on the intervention effect and unplanned extubation rate of patients with indwelling abdominal drainage tube after abdominal surgery.Methods A total of 62 patients who underwent abdominal surgery and indwelling abdominal drainage tube in the First People’s Hospital of Xiushui County from December 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group (31 patients) and observation group (31 patients). The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group was given ladder-model health education on the basis of the control group. The knowledge awareness rate, compliance behavior, self-care ability [Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale (ESCA)], unplanned extubation rate and abdominal drainage complications were compared between the two groups.Results The awareness rate of abdominal drainage knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the ESCA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The unplanned extubation rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of abdominal drainage complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Ladder-model health education can improve the cognitive level of patients with indwelling abdominal drainage tube after abdominal surgery, improve their compliance behavior and self-care ability, reduce unplanned extubation rate and complications during catheterization.
