摘要:
目的 研究温经活血汤对腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛与腰椎功能的影响。方法 选取2020年6月-2022年9月我院接诊的62例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各组31例。对照组采用常规保守治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合温经活血汤治疗，比较两组临床疗效、中医证候（腰腿疼痛、腰部活动受限、腰腿沉重无力、下肢放射性疼痛）评分、疼痛评分（VAS）、腰椎功能评分（JOA）、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.55%，高于对照组的80.65%（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后腰腿疼痛、腰部活动受限、腰腿沉重无力、下肢放射性疼痛评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后VAS评分低于治疗前，JOA评分高于治疗前，且观察组VAS评分低于对照组，JOA评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 温经活血汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果良好，可改善临床症状，提升腰椎功能，降低疼痛度，且应用安全性较高。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of Wenjing Huoxue decoction on pain and lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 62 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 31 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional conservative treatment, and the observation group was treated with Wenjing Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, TCM syndromes (lumbar and leg pain, lumbar activity limitation, lumbar and leg heavy weakness, lower limb radioactive pain) score, pain score (VAS), lumbar function score (JOA), and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.55%, which was higher than 80.65% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of low back and leg pain, limited waist movement, heavy and weak waist and legs, and radioactive pain of lower limbs in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the JOA score was higher than that before treatment. The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the JOA score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion Wenjing Huoxue decoction has a good effect in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation, which can improve clinical symptoms, improve lumbar function, reduce pain, and has high application safety.
