摘要:
经鼻高流量氧疗(HFNC)是一种新兴的氧疗方式,它通过鼻塞导管直接将一定氧浓度的空氧混合高流量气体输送给患者。这种给氧方式具有流量高、氧浓度精确以及加温、湿化等特点,近些年用于很多呼吸衰竭等危重患者的抢救和治疗。然而,经鼻高流量氧疗治疗失败可能导致呼吸功能进一步恶化并增加死亡率,因此早期识别经鼻高流量氧疗失败的危险因素,避免延时插管,对这类患者合理应用经鼻高流量氧疗具有重要意义。本文将对近年来经鼻高流量治疗呼吸系统疾病失败危险因素的相关研究进行综述,以期为临床治疗此类患者提供帮助。
Abstract:
High-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy (HFNC) is an emerging form of oxygen therapy that directly delivers air oxygen mixed high-flow gases with a certain concentration of oxygen directly to patients through a nasal plug catheter. This oxygen delivery method has the characteristics of high flow, accurate oxygen concentration, heating and humidification, etc., and has been used in the rescue and treatment of many critically ill patients such as respiratory failure in recent years. However, failure of nasal cannula oxygen therapy may lead to further deterioration of respiratory function and increase mortality, so early identification of risk factors for failure of high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy and avoidance of delayed intubation are of great significance for the rational application of high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy in such patients. This article will review the related research on the risk factors of failure of high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy of respiratory diseases in recent years, in order to provide help for clinical treatment of such patients.
