摘要:
目的 分析针灸联合透药疗法对缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复及血液流变学的影响。方法 选取2020年9月-2022年12月我院诊治的72例缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各36例。对照组采用针灸治疗，观察组采用针灸联合透药疗法，比较两组临床疗效、Fugl-Meyer偏瘫肢体运动功能评分、日常生活活动能力（Barthel）评分、血液流变学指标、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%，高于对照组的77.78%（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel评分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后全血黏度中切、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原均小于治疗前，且观察组小于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 针灸联合透药疗法在缺血性脑卒中偏瘫中的效果良好，可提高肢体功能和日常生活能力，改善血液流变学指标，且不良反应发生率低。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with drug penetration therapy on limb function recovery and hemorheology in patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia.Methods A total of 72 patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from September 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 36 patients in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with drug penetration therapy. The clinical efficacy, Fugl-Meyer hemiplegic limb motor function score, daily living activity ability (Barthel) score, hemorheology index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.44%, which was higher than 77.78% in the control group (P<0.05). The Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel score of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with drug penetration therapy has a good effect on hemiplegia of ischemic stroke, which can improve limb function and daily living ability, improve hemorheological indexes, and has a low incidence of adverse reactions.
