摘要:
目的 研究动态信息化护理对剖宫产后母乳喂养成功率的影响。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年6月在我院行剖宫产的82例产妇为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各41例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予动态信息化护理干预，比较两组母乳喂养情况、初次泌乳时间、48 h泌乳量、母乳喂养依从率、母乳喂养技能评分、护理满意度以及并发症发生率。结果 观察组母乳喂养成功率、依从率、技能评分、护理满意度及48 h泌乳量均高于对照组，初次泌乳时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 动态信息化护理可促进剖宫产后母乳喂养，提高母乳喂养率，提升产妇母乳喂养依从性，缩短初次泌乳时间，增加48 h泌乳量，提高产妇母乳喂养技巧、护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of dynamic information nursing on the success rate of breastfeeding after cesarean section.Methods A total of 82 parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 41 parturients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given dynamic information nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The breastfeeding status, initial lactation time, 48 h lactation volume, breastfeeding compliance rate, breastfeeding skill score, nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate and compliance rate of breastfeeding, the score of breastfeeding skills, the nursing satisfaction and the lactation volume at 48 h in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the initial lactation time was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic information nursing can promote breastfeeding after cesarean section, improve breastfeeding rate, improve maternal breastfeeding compliance, shorten the first lactation time, increase 48 h lactation volume, improve maternal breastfeeding skills, nursing satisfaction.
