摘要:
目的 探讨以护士为主导的疼痛管理模式在剖宫产围手术期的应用效果。方法 选取我院2018年2月~6月择期剖宫产并要求接受术后镇痛的单活胎产妇200例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组采用常规镇痛模式,观察组开展以护士为主导的疼痛管理模式,通过个性化的健康教育、心理及体位护理,运用疼痛数字评定量表动态观察两组产妇镇痛后NRS自评评分,以及产妇对护理工作满意度。结果 观察组术后6 h、12 h和24 h后NRS评分分别为(1.93±0.73)分、(2.53±0.92)分、(1.64±0.53)分低于对照组的(3.31±1.03)分、(3.73±1.31)分、(2.92±1.03)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组术后36 h和48 h NRS评分分别为(1.23±0.72)分、(1.34±0.53)分与对照组的(1.41±0.91)分、(1.42±1.01)分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总满意度为99.00%,高于对照组88.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 以护士为主导的疼痛管理模式应用于剖宫产围手术期,有助于提高产妇术后24 h内的镇痛效果,提升护理工作满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of nurse-led pain management model in perioperative period of cesarean section. Methods A total of 200 single-live fetuses who underwent elective cesarean section from February to June 2018 and required postoperative analgesia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group used the conventional analgesia model. The observation group carried out a nurse-led pain management model. Through the personalized health education, psychological and postural nursing, the pain digital rating scale was used to dynamically observe the NRS self-evaluation scores after maternal analgesia. And maternal satisfaction with nursing work. Results The NRS scores of the observation group were (1.93±0.73) points, (2.53±0.92) points, and (1.64±0.53) points lower than the control group (3.31±1.03) points at 6 h, 12 h, and 24 h after operation(3.73±1.31) points, (2.92±1.03) points, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The NRS scores of the observation group at 36 h and 48 h after operation were (1.23±0.72) and (1.34±0.53), respectively, compared with the control group (1.41±0.91) and (1.42±1.01),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The total satisfaction of the observation group was 99.00%, which was higher than that of the control group (88.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The nurse-led pain management model is applied to the perioperative period of cesarean section, which can improve the analgesic effect of maternal 24 hours after surgery and improve the satisfaction of nursing work.
