摘要:
目的 了解贵阳某三甲综合性医院护士人际关系对其焦虑的影响。方法 选取2019年10月-2020年1月贵阳某三甲综合性医院在职护士280人为研究对象,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和一般项目调查表(性别、工龄、文化水平、职称、家庭每月收入、每周工作时长、人际关系、家庭和社会的支持度)通过问卷星进行调查,分析护士人际关系与焦虑的相关性。结果 共回收有效问卷201份,有效率为71.79%;201人中女158人,男43人,本科及以上156人,婚姻情况以未婚为主,共146人;护士焦虑得分高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士人际关系差的焦虑得分高于人际关系好的,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士与不同护士/家庭/患者/医生/领导关系的焦虑得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同工龄的护士焦虑得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别、家庭月收入、文化程度、职称、工作时长、家庭和社会支持度的护士焦虑得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相关性分析显示,护士焦虑得分与人际关系呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 护士焦虑得分与人际关系和工龄有关。因此,改善人际关系有助于降低护士的焦虑情绪,进而提升护理服务质量。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the influence of interpersonal relationship of nurses in a tertiary general hospital in Guiyang on their anxiety.Methods A total of 280 nurses working in a tertiary general hospital in Guiyang from October 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and general item questionnaire (gender, length of service, educational level, professional title, monthly family income, weekly working hours, interpersonal relationship, family and social support) were used to investigate through questionnaire stars to analyze the correlation between interpersonal relationship and anxiety of nurses.Results A total of 201 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective rate was 71.79%; of the 201 persons, 158 were female, 43 were male, 156 were undergraduate and above, and 146 were unmarried. Nurses’ anxiety score was higher than the domestic norm, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The anxiety scores of nurses with poor interpersonal relationship were higher than those with good interpersonal relationship, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was statistically significant difference in the anxiety scores of nurses with different nurse,family,patient,doctor,leader relationships (P<0.05). The anxiety scores of nurses with different working ages were compared, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in anxiety scores among nurses with different gender, monthly family income, educational level, professional title, working hours, family and social support (P>0.05). Correlation analysis showed that nurse anxiety score was negatively correlated with interpersonal relationship(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses’ anxiety score is related to interpersonal relationship and length of service. Therefore, improving interpersonal relationship can help reduce the anxiety of nurses, and then improve the quality of nursing service.
