摘要:
目的 研究纽曼系统护理模式对降低子宫内膜癌患者行子宫全切术后焦虑抑郁情绪的效果。方法 选取2020年3月-12月在我院行子宫全切术的54例子宫内膜癌患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各27例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组给予纽曼系统护理模式干预，比较两组患者手术相关指标、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、性生活质量评分、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果 观察组术后首次排便时间、首次排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于术前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组性欲、性唤起、性高潮、性心理、性行为评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为7.41%，低于对照组的18.52%（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为96.30%，高于对照组的85.19%（P＜0.05）。结论 纽曼系统护理模式可降低子宫内膜癌子宫全切术患者焦虑和抑郁评分，缩短患者术后恢复时间，提高性生活质量，降低并发症发生率，提高护理满意度，具有显著的应用优势。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of Newman system nursing mode on reducing anxiety and depression in patients with endometrial carcinoma after total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 54 patients with endometrial carcinoma who underwent hysterectomy in our hospital from March to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 27 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given Newman system nursing mode intervention. The operation related indexes, anxiety score, depression score, quality of sexual life score, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first defecation time, first exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05). The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were lower than those before operation, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). The scores of sexual desire, sexual arousal, orgasm, sexual psychology and sexual behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.41%, which was lower than 18.52% in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.30%, which was higher than 85.19% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Newman system nursing mode can reduce the anxiety and depression scores of patients with endometrial carcinoma undergoing total hysterectomy, shorten the recovery time, improve the quality of sexual life, reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction, which has obvious application advantages.
