摘要:
子宫内膜癌是妇科常见的女性生殖系统的恶性肿瘤，其总体预后较好，但发病率逐年上升且逐渐年轻化，目前位居女性生殖道恶性肿瘤首位，因此其防控形势日益严峻。研究表明，血清人附睾蛋白4（HE4）、血清糖类抗原125（CA125）在正常子宫内膜和卵巢中低表达，而在子宫内膜癌患者中阳性表达率较高，可提高子宫内膜癌诊断的敏感性和特异性，在子宫内膜癌的早期诊断、早期治疗以及提高患者预后等方面有一定的临床价值。本文就HE4、CA125在子宫内膜癌患者诊治中的研究作一综述，以期为其临床诊断提供参考。
Abstract:
Endometrial cancer is a common malignant tumor of the female reproductive system in gynecology. Its overall prognosis is good, but its incidence is rising year by year and gradually younger. It currently ranks first in female reproductive tract malignancies, so its prevention and control situation is becoming increasingly severe.Studies have shown that serum human epididymal protein 4 (HE4) and serum carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) are low in normal endometrium and ovaries, and the positive expression rate is higher in patients with endometrial cancer, which can improve the endometrium sensitivity and specificity of cancer diagnosis have certain clinical value in the early diagnosis and early treatment of endometrial cancer and the improvement of patient prognosis.This article reviews the research of HE4 and CA125 in the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial cancer patients, in order to provide references for their clinical treatment.
